I am Malak, a 12-year-old girl from Gaza City, Palestine. I have a passion for cooking and I dream of creating a YouTube channel to share my love for traditional Palestinian and Middle Eastern food with the world.

But I need your help to make this dream a reality.

Growing up in Gaza, I’ve always been surrounded by the rich flavors and aromas of our traditional cuisine. I love spending time in the kitchen with my family, learning the secrets of our dishes that have been passed down for generations.

My dream is to share these recipes and stories with you, to show you the beauty and diversity of Palestinian and Middle Eastern food. I want to create a channel that celebrates our culinary heritage and brings people together through a shared love of food.

However, I don’t have the resources to start my channel. I don’t have a kitchen of my own, or the equipment I need to film and edit my videos. I need your support to turn my dream into a reality.

أنا ملاك، فتاة عمري 12 سنة من مدينة غزة، فلسطين. عندي شغف كبير بالطبخ وبحلم إني أعمل قناة على اليوتيوب أشارك فيها حبي للأكل الفلسطيني التقليدي والأكل الشرقي مع العالم كله.

لكن محتاجة مساعدتكم عشان أحول هذا الحلم إلى حقيقة.

وأنا بكبر في غزة، دايمًا كنت محاطة بالنكهات والروائح الغنية لأكلنا التقليدي. بحب أقضي وقتي في المطبخ مع عائلتي، وأتعلم أسرار الأكلات اللي اتوارثناها من جيل لجيل.

حلمي هو إني أشارك الوصفات والقصص هذه معكم، وأريكم جمال وتنوع الأكل الفلسطيني والأكل الشرقي. أريد أن أعمل قناة تحتفي بتراثنا في الطبخ وتقرب الناس من بعض عن طريق حب الأكل المشترك.

لكن ليس لدي الإمكانيات التي أبدأ بها قناتي. ليس لدي مطبخ خاص بي، ولا المعدات التي أحتاجها لكي أصور وأعدل الفيديوهات. محتاجة دعمكم عشان أحول حلمي لحقيقة.
